  • Payments may be made as withdrawals directly from a checking or savings account, or charged to a credit or debit card.
  • Your Account Number is your 13-digit policy number (for example 01PA123456789.) This will be listed on any current policy declaration or invoice. Please enter using UPPER CASE letters and NO SPACES.
  • A convenience fee of $3.00 will be added to each payment transaction.
  • If your policy is cancelled, please contact your local agent.  Premium payments submitted after the cancellation date are subject to refund.

  • To make payments by phone, please call Customer Service: 763-657-8661 or 1-800-328-4628. Open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM Central Time (excluding major holidays.)

Pay By Mail

To ensure proper credit and timely payment processing:

  • Include your billing remittance slip with your payment, noting your check number on it.
  • Write your policy number on your check.
  • Allow 5 days mail time prior to due date.
  • If you are paying other than the minimum or total amount due, please fill in the amount enclosed.
